Staff at Audosta & Rags 2 Riches 4 Schools are proud of our Directors Audrius Stasiulevicius & Dovile Stasiuleviciene. Both understand the need for active charitable work within the wider community, allowing us all to contribute during working hours in these busy times. “After all together we can do more” Big thanks to Andy Rutherford and all his team at South Wales Argus covering our ‘Tidy Wales Week’ event this morning. Another thank you to both Cardiff and Newport ‘Keep Wales Tidy’ teams for supplying the FREE clean up kit we used.
Keep Wales Tidy’s Vision is of “a beautiful Wales cared for and enjoyed by all”. A clean and tidy Wales is likely to be a safer Wales. Areas that are traditionally no-go areas after dark are more likely to be poorly maintained, plagued by graffiti and abandoned vehicles, and the domain of fly-tippers. Reducing the fear of crime has a real impact on the occurrence of crime. Greater public confidence in using their local environments reduces the opportunities for others to damage those environments.
