First thing we’d like to say is Happy New Year to everyone! We hope you handle your hangover well and are safe and sound after celebrating our descent into 2014.
All of us here at Rags2Riches4Schools are immensely proud of each and every school that took part in recycling with us in 2013. The effort from the staff, pupils and parents were all paid off in the end, accumulating over 19 tonnes of bags, which calculates around £12,265 shared to schools. Hopefully the extra funding helped your school achieve the things it deserved.
On that happy note, we’re looking forward to revisiting some familiar schools and new ones in 2014. If you’re having a clear out in the new year, be sure to keep all your old clothes until we can do a collection in the school nearest to you.
