Poor weather conditions happen we know. So, you will need to protect your hard work and investment by storing the clothes in clean dry rooms or areas that are not damp nor dirty.
Dirty, wet or ripped clothes will not be collected as our service is to collect clean dry clothes that can be worn again. We reserve the right to leave any bags we deem not suitable.
Bad examples would be:
Leaving bags out in the rain – the bags have small holes in and the content will soak up rain very fast like a sponge.
Storing for more than 2-3 weeks in boiler rooms – lack of air flow and temperature changes are not good for clothes in plastic bags as they get musty and mildew.
A basic wooden shed does not suit – Sheds are not protected from a damp atmosphere and the clothes will get musty and mildew.
Skips – These will hold water and dirt at the bottom.
